What documents can I use to train the AI?
You can upload PDF files, Word documents (.docx), or plain text files (.txt). Great candidates include your FAQ page, product catalog, policies, pricing guide, or any support documentation you already have.

How does the chatbot get embedded on my website?
We give you a single line of code to paste into your website. It works on Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or any custom site. The chat widget appears in the bottom-right corner of your site automatically.

Yes — you can upload a new document at any time through your admin panel. Updates go live instantly. There's no limit on how often you can do this.
